1. How do I book?
For bookings, please contact Maryam via Instagram, email, or phone (call or text).
2. What is required to book?
A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
3. What is your turnaround time?
Delivery is typically within 24 - 48 hours for smaller events.
For weddings, please allow 24 - 96 hours, depending on the load.
4. What equipment do you use?
We use an iPhone 17 Pro Max, for cinematic, high-resolution shots, paired with lights and a stabilizing tripod.
5. How is the content delivered?
All files are delivered digitally via a private download link in high-resolution, social-ready formats.
6. How is the content edited?
Color correction, light retouching, clean transitions, pacing for short-form formats, and sound syncing. Editing can be adjusted upon request.
7. Do you provide raw footage?
Raw clips are included with most collections. Full unedited footage is available upon request.
8. Do you travel for events?
Yes. Travel is available and quoted based on location.
